Before booking, please:
- Make sure this is the course you think it is.
- Check the prerequisites for the course you are booking and ensure that you are at the require standard/level.
- Make sure you are available for the times and dates the course is running.
The minimum age for all our courses is 18.
The course must be paid in full at the time of booking to ensure your place on the course. No provisional bookings will be accepted. Bookings will only be confirmed once your application form and full payment has been received and Tasman Adventures have assured themselves of your eligibility for the course.
Cancellation by the applicant
If you cancel your course:
- If it is more than 4 weeks before the start of your course, you will receive a full refund subject to a 5% admin fee.
- If it is less than 4 weeks, but more than 1 week before the start of your course, you will receive a refund but with a 50% fee to cover expenses of running the course without you.
- No refunds will be issued if your course starts within a week of you cancelling your course.
You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost provided they are eligible for the course and acceptable to Tasman Adventures as a replacement student. Please send an email to jason.cummings@tasmanadventures.com.au to request a transfer of participant.
You will be deemed to have cancelled the course if Tasman Adventures feels the participant is not suitable for that course.
Cancellation by Tasman Adventures
- It is very unlikely that we will cancel a course that anyone has booked onto. However, if we do cancel a course, our first priority will be to reschedule the course at a time that suits those participants.
- If we cannot find a suitable date then the course fee will be refunded to the applicant within two weeks of Tasman Adventures cancelling the course.
- Wherever possible, we will cancel the course at least 5 days prior to its start date.
